Three commitments, written down so we can be held to them.
1. Every fabric named, every time
Every product page tells you exactly what your dress is made of — not "premium fabric" or "luxe blend." Stretch satin. 100% cotton eyelet. Bias-cut silk. Recycled chiffon. The actual stuff. If we'd be embarrassed to put it on the label, we don't carry it.

2. 30-day returns, no questions, no judgement
If your dress doesn't fit, doesn't feel right, doesn't photograph the way you hoped — send it back within 30 days. We pay return shipping. No "what was wrong with it?" survey. Life is too short.
If you wore it once and decided it wasn't you, that's still a valid return. Honestly we'd rather have it back than have you hate it.
3. Free standard shipping, ships within 48 hours
No minimum order. Shipping is on us. Order Monday by 11 AM EST and your dress ships Tuesday. We'll send tracking the moment it leaves us.
Need it for a specific date? Email us — we'll fast-track it where we can.
What we'll never do
- Use stock photos as if they're our products
- Hide the fabric label behind "luxe" or "premium"
- Force you through a phone call to return something
- Charge restocking fees
- Sell sizing that doesn't actually fit the size on the label
What we're working on
- More size-inclusive fits across all collections (currently XS-XXL on 100% of new drops)
- More transparency on supply chain (rolling out 2026)
- Better photography of dresses on real bodies, not just sample-size models
