Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If a piece doesn’t work for you, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • In their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: swimwear without the protective liner, lingerie, earrings, and items marked “final sale”.

How to start a return

Email hello@zalinae.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (and a photo if the item arrived damaged or incorrect). We’ll send you the return address and instructions within one business day.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit), we cover the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items that don’t reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a piece for a different size or style is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is wrong, contact us within 7 days at hello@zalinae.com with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the standard return process applies.
