Our Story

Zalinae was founded in 2025 with one goal: make finding the right occasion dress feel effortless instead of exhausting. We were tired of bouncing between dozens of tabs, inconsistent sizing, and boutique markups for styles that turn up everywhere. So we built a single destination for women who want to show up looking sharp at every milestone — without overthinking it.

What we do

We curate dresses for the moments that matter: weddings you’re invited to, graduations you’ve earned, dinners you’ve been looking forward to, birthdays worth photographing. Our catalog covers maxi, midi and mini cuts, cocktail and party silhouettes, formal evening wear, sequin and rhinestone styles, bridesmaid options and graduation looks — chosen on two criteria: how a piece fits in real life, and how the fabric holds up after a wash.

How we choose what we carry

Every style on Zalinae is reviewed before it goes live. We work with manufacturing partners we’ve vetted on fit consistency, fabric weight and lead time. When something doesn’t pass our review, it doesn’t make it onto the site — even when the margin would be tempting. That filter is what keeps our returns lower than the fashion industry average and our reviews honest.

What we believe

Looking confident at your closest friend’s wedding or at your own birthday dinner shouldn’t be a financial decision you regret. We price for reach, not for prestige, and we’ll always be straightforward about what a piece is and where it comes from. If a style is a recreation of a designer look, we’ll say so. If it ships from a partner overseas, we’ll say that too — before checkout, not after.

Zalinae is operated by Valenia Brands LLC, a U.S. company registered in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Our small customer support team answers questions about sizing, shipping and returns within 24 hours on weekdays, in plain English — no scripts, no copy-paste replies.
