30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. The 30 days start from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@zalinae.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (US orders only).

Return Shipping Cost

US orders: Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid USPS label.

International orders: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee. Returns that meet our eligibility criteria are refunded in full.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2-7 additional business days for the credit to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy. Email hello@zalinae.com to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement once we receive your return.

Items Excluded from Returns

  • Final sale items: Items marked "Final Sale" or "FS" at checkout are non-returnable
  • Intimates and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, intimates, lingerie, and swimwear are non-returnable once removed from packaging
  • Sale items at 50% off or more: Refundable for store credit only
  • Items damaged by wear: Items returned with signs of use will not be accepted

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us at hello@zalinae.com.
