Where we ship

Zalinae ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and most other countries served by major international carriers. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at hello@zalinae.com — we may still be able to ship.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Canada 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & European Union 8–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand 10–18 business days
Rest of the world 10–20 business days

Delivery windows above are typical, not guaranteed. Holidays, customs review, and weather can extend transit by a few days.

Shipping costs

All prices on the site are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Free shipping promotions, when active, are clearly shown on the cart and checkout page with their threshold.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number you can use on the carrier’s website. If you don’t see tracking updates within 5 business days of receiving the email, contact us.

Customs and duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. Refusing a parcel at customs does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping fees.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, email hello@zalinae.com with your order number and we’ll open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
