Option 1 — Check from your account
If you created an account during checkout, log in to view all your orders and tracking information:
Option 2 — Check from your order confirmation email
Each order confirmation email contains a "View your order" link that lets you check the status without an account.
Option 3 — Contact support
If you cannot find your tracking information, please email us with your order number:
